Aleksi Pekki is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in developing and architecting software solutions across various platforms. Since March 2016, Aleksi has been employed as a Senior Specialist at Haltian Oy, focusing on agent-based modeling, Monte Carlo simulations, and asset tracking solutions utilizing advanced localization algorithms. Prior to this role, Aleksi held senior engineering positions at Synopsys Inc and Codenomicon, as well as significant roles at Microsoft and Nokia, where contributions included the productization of the Nokia X platform and database architecture for various systems. Aleksi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Raahen tietokonealan oppilaitos and has foundational education from Petrozavodsk State University.
