Tim Young has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Tim is currently working as a Business Development Executive at Halter, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Tim served as a Business Development Manager at ArchiPro from May 2022 to April 2023. Tim worked as a Sales Consultant at Harcourts Cooper & Co from June 2021 to June 2022 and as a Salesperson at Ray White from October 2020 to June 2021. Before entering the real estate industry, Tim worked as a Network Administrator at Construction Cost Consultants (CCC) and as a Talent Identification Manager at Koda Sports from June 2020 to October 2020. Tim also gained experience as a Business Development Manager and Surveyor at Passive Fire NZ from September 2019 to June 2020. Tim's earlier roles include serving as a Bar Manager at Takapuna Bar - QF TAV from March 2016 to July 2019 and as a BDM Customer Experience & Research at PreKure from May 2018 to June 2019.

Tim Young attended Southland Boys' High School from 2009 to 2015. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Auckland University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreation with a focus on Nutrition Sciences. Tim completed their undergraduate studies at Auckland University of Technology in 2019.
