Brad Terpstra is an experienced professional in the field of technology and engineering, currently serving on the Senior Leadership Team at Halter since June 2021, where responsibilities include Head of Network & Cloud and Internal Systems Manager. Prior to Halter, Brad held the position of IT Manager for American Magic during the 36th America's Cup and served as Director of Operations at Offshore Spars Co. Additionally, Brad has experience as Program Manager and Project Engineer at TransNav, and worked as an Instrumentation Systems Engineer at NOAA/CILER, focusing on real-time environmental monitoring systems in the Great Lakes. Brad's career began with a role as Instrumentation & Test Engineer at the University of Michigan, where expertise in hydrodynamic testing was developed. Brad Terpstra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
