Shane Touhy is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Account Executive, Corporate Chef, and Trade Show Manager at Halperns' Steak & Seafood since 2013, Shane is responsible for managing 80 clients and spearheading new business opportunities. Previously, in the role of Corporate Chef for Southern Proper Hospitality Group, Shane enhanced food quality and reduced costs for multiple restaurants. As Partner and Executive Chef at Dogwood Restaurant, LLC, Shane conceptualized and successfully launched an acclaimed restaurant in Atlanta. Earlier positions included Executive Chef at Blue Ridge Grill and Micky & Mooch, where Shane oversaw kitchen operations and staff management. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and further studies at Presbyterian College.
