Douglas Bouton is the current President & COO at Halo Top. Prior to this, they were a Founding Partner at Bouton Legal, where they managed the day-to-day operations. Douglas has also held the position of President & COO at Halo Top Creamery and Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP.

Douglas Bouton received their Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law and their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics, Theology from Georgetown University.
