Dipika Matthias is an Advisor at Halo Life Science. Dipika has extensive experience in the field of business development, having worked as the Vice President of Strategic Business Development at Coffee Flour from 2016 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for driving the strategic vision and critical partnerships for maximizing global impact of Coffee Flour in Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
Prior to their work at Coffee Flour, Matthias was the Commercialization Lead at Global Good, a division of Intellectual Ventures. In this role, they led the development of high-impact, commercialization strategies for global health and development technologies. Dipika also developed critical partnerships with multinationals to strengthen supply chains and catalyze market demand.
From 2002 to 2015, Matthias served as the Director of the Global Health Innovation Hub at PATH. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and developing new health technologies with the potential to improve the lives of people in low- and middle-income countries.
Matthias began their career as an independent consultant in 1999. Dipika has consulted for a variety of organizations, including the World Bank and the United Nations Development Programme.
Dipika Matthias holds a Master of Business Administration from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering/Electrical Engineering Option from the University of Vermont.
