Matthew Novak is a skilled Process Controls Engineer with extensive experience in process performance optimization. Currently working at Hallstar since May 2022, Matthew previously held the same role at Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials from January 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included implementing new systems and conducting thorough testing. Prior to this, Matthew completed an Electrical Engineering internship at Avery Dennison in 2016, focusing on systemic issue identification and developing mathematical models to enhance product temperature predictions. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 2016, and a high school diploma from Wyoming Valley West High School, obtained in 2012.
