Edward McKelligett began their work experience in 2012 with Five Star Senior Living, where they worked as a Security Officer from July 2012 to December 2013. Edward then transitioned to the role of Concierge from December 2013 to March 2018. In 2018, they joined Nightingale Nurses as a Production Support Coordinator, processing job order requests and generating nurse contractor leads. Edward was later promoted to Production Support Manager, leading a team of 7 coordinators and managing relationships with hotel groups. In 2023, Edward joined Hallmark Health Care Solutions as a Support Specialist.

Edward McKelligett completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Safety Administration from Florida Atlantic University, which took him from 2011 to 2016.
