Lorena Irvine has extensive experience in corporate tax, with their most recent role as Senior Director of Corporate Tax at Hallmark Cards. Prior to that, they worked at Black & Veatch for over 20 years, where they held the position of Tax Director. In this role, they demonstrated their ability to provide and implement tax solutions, develop and implement tax strategies, and handle complex tax issues for global business units. Before joining Black & Veatch, Lorena worked as a Senior Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they gained experience in preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.

Lorena Irvine pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business from 1994 to 1996. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies in Accounting at Johnson County Community College from 1991 to 1994.
