Kelly Whitehouse serves as the Vice President of Operations and General Manager at Hallmark Business Connections since October 2016, overseeing production, maintenance, warehouse, distribution, and facilities management for the global B2B greeting card and incentive programs. In addition, Kelly has managed a Retail Distribution and Fulfillment Center with Hallmark Cards since December 2017, supporting the Hallmark Gold Crown Network and online sales. With a career spanning over three decades at Hallmark, previous roles included Lean Strategy & Implementation Manager and various production management positions, contributing to significant improvements in efficiency and production capabilities. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
