Dan Pannullo, MBA, CCP, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Hallmark Cards, a role held since June 2019, after previously holding the position of Senior HR Consultant - Compensation within the same organization. Prior experience includes consulting in compensation and human resources information systems at Henderson Engineers and serving as a Compensation Consultant at Compdata Surveys & Consulting, where Dan provided strategic compensation analysis and program development. Dan's background also includes marketing coordination and client relations at Platinum Sports and Entertainment Management and involvement in athletics development at Lindenwood University. Dan holds a Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Southeast Missouri State University.
