Stella Maines is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and fitness. Stella also possesses significant experience in the fitness industry, with a long tenure at Life Time Fitness since 2008, where roles included Group Fitness Department Head and Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor.
