Kyle McKeown is an experienced professional in production planning and manufacturing engineering, currently serving as the Planning Manager at Hallite Seals since February 2020. In this role, Kyle leads site-wide production planning activities across various value streams, notably achieving a 50% increase in throughput within the injection moulding sector. Prior to this, Kyle held the position of Senior Production Planner at McLaren Automotive Ltd, where efforts in constraint management led to a 25% reduction in delivery failures. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Cobham Mission Systems, enhancing shop floor capacity significantly, and participation in the Cobham Graduate Development Programme, which offered comprehensive business exposure.
