Previously, Roar held key positions such as Chief Technology Officer at Oil Tools of Norway, where responsibilities included product development and securing funding for research initiatives. During a tenure at Hammertech AS, Roar successfully managed the development of the Aquawell downhole sensor, establishing significant financial agreements. Earlier roles spanned various leadership and engineering positions at Halliburton and WellDynamics, where Roar excelled in project management, technical support, and process improvement, resulting in enhanced collaboration, customer satisfaction, and reduced inventory costs.
