Ghazanfar Shahid is an accomplished professional in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience in drilling consulting and project management. As Drilling Practice Lead at Halliburton since June 2021, Ghazanfar has led global projects and contributed to the establishment of a drilling consulting division. Additionally, Ghazanfar serves as President & CEO at Quago Proman, focusing on business development for a consultancy service in Malaysia. Previous roles include Drilling Performance Engineer at IPC Malaysia B.V., and Drilling Consultant at KODECO Energy Co Ltd. and Landmark Graphics, providing expertise to major clients such as Petronas and Chevron. Ghazanfar holds a Master's degree in Strategic Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, a Master's degree in Petroleum Geology from Karachi University, and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Karachi.
