Artur Rastrogin is an accomplished professional in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience in exploration, development, and business development. Currently serving as Director of Exploration and Development at IOC Soyuzneftegaz, Artur has held significant leadership positions, including Vice President of Business Development at Halliburton since March 2013, General Director at Saratovneftegas from 2004 to 2005, and General Director at OAO Nizhnevartovskoey NGDP from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Artur worked as Chief Geologist at OAO Yuganskneftegas and Head of the Production Department at YUKOS from 1998 to 2002. Artur holds a degree in Geology from Tomsk Polytechnic University, which was earned from 1982 to 1987.
