Isabelle Hazard has extensive experience in commercial management and consulting, currently serving as Directrice de Practice/Senior Consultant at Halifax Consulting since September 2021. Previously, Isabelle held key leadership positions at France Messagerie as Directrice commerciale et marketing, overseeing a significant P&L while successfully turning around a long-term loss situation. Other notable roles include Directrice at Groupe Mercuri, where Isabelle contributed to the integration of marketing and sales activities, and Directrice générale at Hugo & Cie, managing multiple subsidiaries. At Hachette Livre, Isabelle harmonized commercial policies across seven divisions, while earlier in their career, significant contributions were made at Interforum, Danone, and Lu Biscuits, demonstrating a consistent track record of revenue growth and profitability enhancements. Isabelle is an alumnus of INSEAD and emlyon business school.
