Frank de Smit is an experienced professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Equipped to Build Pty Ltd. Since January 2011, Frank has also been a Mentor and Life Coach at Halftime. Previously, Frank held the position of General Manager at Empart Inc from April to December 2010. Frank obtained a Diploma in Ministries with a focus on Pastoral studies from Alphacrucis University College from 1974 to 1977, and attended Trade School from 1957 to 1958.
