CC Chang is an accomplished coach and facilitator with extensive experience in leadership and talent development. Currently serving as an Event Facilitator at CASME Network and a Certified Soundwave Coach at SoundWave Global, CC also contributes as a volunteer at BoP Hub. With a background as a Certified Coach at Halftime Institute and StrengthsAsia, as well as a Certified Strengths Coach with Gallup, CC's focus lies in empowering marketplace leaders to harness their talents and strengths. CC previously held the role of Abroad Leadership Coach, working with organizations to enhance mental resilience and engagement. Additional experience includes certification as a Scrum Master and partnership at NorthFinder Consultancy, along with serving as Procurement Director for Asia-Pacific at Merck. Educational qualifications include multiple senior management programs from IMD and degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and the National University of Singapore.
