Rachel Hanebutt is an experienced researcher and educator with a strong background in social media analysis, digital wellbeing, and community research. Currently serving as the Head of Research & Insight at #HALFTHESTORY, Rachel consults on various research projects and programs. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Researcher and Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt Peabody College, Project Manager for the CARE-E for Families Lab, and Research and Communication Analyst with the Global Family Research Project. Rachel has also held positions such as Director of Operations at TEDxCambridge and Co-founder and CEO of Confi.co. Rachel holds multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including a PhD in Community Research and Action from Vanderbilt University.
