Julie Lefebvre currently serves as the Directrice du développement stratégique at HalfSerious since August 2021, focusing on HR, culture, communication, marketing, and business development. Previously, Julie held various roles, including Directrice Communication & Marketing and Vice-présidente at Productions Monte le Son from January 2013 to January 2022, where responsibilities encompassed HR management, artist recruitment, project creation, customer service, and financial documentation. Julie also worked as a communication marketing advisor at Uniag Coopérative and facilitated customer service excellence training at Air Canada Rouge from November 2018 to June 2020. Prior experience includes administrative support roles and translation work. Julie's education includes a DESS in Management and Marketing from ESG UQAM, a Bachelor's in Communication and Marketing from Université Laval, and certificates in Translation and access to university studies from Université de Montréal.
