Magdalena Błaszków is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at HalfPrice since September 2023, responsible for leading recruitment processes across a retail network of 30 stores, including eight new openings, and collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Previously, Magdalena worked at Żabka Polska from June 2021 to August 2023, serving as a Human Resources Specialist and a Recruitment Specialist, where duties included supporting HR Business Partners and conducting recruitment processes across various sectors. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Consultant at Enel-Med. Magdalena holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in HR Business Partnering at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Toruń, building on prior experience with an educational project in Madagascar.
