Ziaul Haque, Ph.D., is an accomplished environmental scientist and staff geologist currently employed at Halff since March 2023, specializing in the development of environmental plans and conducting field investigations. Prior to this role, Ziaul worked as a wellsite geologist with Field Geo Services, Inc., focusing on geological analysis in the Permian Basin. Ziaul's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Geological and Earth Sciences from The University of Texas at Dallas, supplemented by a graduate certificate in GIS. Ziaul has also served as a graduate research and teaching assistant at multiple institutions, including The University of Texas at Dallas and Auburn University, and contributed to projects such as the Imperial Barrel Award and the Alabama Prison Arts + Education Project. The comprehensive experience spans environmental assessments, geological research, and education within the geosciences field.
