Tracy Forester is an accomplished professional with over 31 years of experience in traffic operations and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Currently serving as Vice President and Intelligent Transportation System Director at Halff since May 2001, Tracy has a robust background in the design and management of advanced traffic signal equipment, fiber optic networks, and connected vehicle technologies. Previous roles include Vice President/ITS Manager at Genesis Group, where Tracy managed various ITS initiatives, and Vice President Operations at World Fiber Technologies, overseeing a major fiber optic network project. Earlier experience includes positions at Genesis Group and the City of Tallahassee, where Tracy directed traffic system operations. Tracy's education includes studies at Gulf Coast State College from 1981 to 1983.
