Scot Carpenter serves as the Regional Survey Practice Leader at Halff since April 2022, leveraging extensive experience in the geomatics field. Prior to this role, Scot Carpenter was with McKim & Creed, Inc. from March 2011 to March 2022, holding the position of Sr. Geomatics Project Manager and Geomatics Office Manager. Scot Carpenter also served as Project Surveyor, Vice President, Business Development Manager, and Survey Crew Chief at Brooks and Amaden, Inc. from April 2003 to March 2011. Earlier in Scot Carpenter's career, contributions were made at the Florida Department of Transportation from June 1991 to April 2003 as a Field Crew Supervisor and Survey Crew Chief.
