Omari Satisfield has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they worked as a rideshare driver for Lyft until 2021. The following year, in 2019, they joined Halff Associates as a Survey Crew Member before being promoted to the role of Survey Party Chief in December of the same year. Lastly, in 2020, Omari became the owner of Tiresturn Roadside Limited Liability Company.

Omari started their educational journey in 2015 at the Universal Technical Institute, Inc., where they pursued degrees in Auto diesel technology II and Auto/Diesel Technician II, focusing on Industrial Technology/Technician. In 2018, Omari continued their education at Tyler Junior College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Mapping and Geomatics, emphasizing their interest in the field. Currently, Omari is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Texas at Tyler, specializing in Industrial Technology/Technician.
