Water Resources Team Leader at Halff

Natalie Rogers, P.E., CFM, currently serves as the Water Resources Team Leader and Project Manager at Halff since October 2021. Active in the Arkansas Floodplain Management Association, Inc. since September 2018, Natalie holds the positions of Chairman, Vice Chair, and Central Representative for an area including Conway, Faulkner, Lonoke, Perry, Pulaski, and Saline Counties. Previously, roles included Water Resources Engineer at FTN Associates, Ltd. and Research Civil Engineer with the US Army Corps of Engineers, focusing on water quality and contaminant modeling. Early career experience includes work as an Environmental Engineer in Training at the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality and various internships at Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department, Mississippi State University, and Arkansas State University. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arkansas State University and a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Water Resources Engineering from Mississippi State University.
