Hossein Roshani, Ph.D., P.E., currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Halff since September 2024. Previously, Hossein Roshani held the position of Associate and Project Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. from September 2019 to September 2024 and worked as a Project Manager for the City of San Antonio from August 2017 to September 2019. Hossein Roshani began academic pursuits as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Texas at Austin from September 2016 to September 2017, following extensive graduate studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering was earned. Other academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Roadway and Transportation Engineering from Guilan University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mazandaran. The educational journey began at the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents, culminating in a high school diploma in Mathematics.
