Hampus Söderqvist started their work experience with Chalmers tekniska högskola in 2018 as a Teacher Assistant, followed by a role as a Trainee at Chalmers Formula Student. In 2019, they worked as a Lab Assistant at Chalmers tekniska högskola and as a Research Intern at Polytechnique Montréal. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Store Salesman at Mekonomen Group. In 2018, they joined Caster as a Software Developer and worked until 2020. Hampus then worked at Poseidon Diving Systems AB as a Master Thesis intern in 2021. From 2019 to 2022, Hampus worked as a Project Engineer at Roctim AB. In 2022, they joined Diadrom as a System Developer and is currently working there. Hampus also started working as a Software Developer - CI at HaleyTek AB in 2022.

Hampus Söderqvist has a strong educational background in the field of engineering. Hampus began their education at Chalmers University of Technology in 2016, where they obtained a Kandidatexamen (bachelor's degree) in Mechanical Engineering in 2019. Hampus continued their studies at the same institution and completed a Masterexamen (master's degree) in Biomedical Engineering in 2021. Alongside their formal education, they also hold a Sailplane Pilot License, although specific details regarding the certification are not available.
