Parvesh A. Deosarran is an experienced innovation analyst currently working at Hakrinbank N.V. since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing the development of fintech products, analyzing customer feedback, advising management on strategy and product updates, and contributing to an international growth strategy for the e-commerce platform Hoppa!. Previously, Parvesh co-founded and served as CEO of Paygrid and Appeble, focusing on digital payment solutions and networking applications, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as HSEQ manager at EXSOL Industrial NV, lecturer/researcher at Anton de Kom University, and several startups in energy efficiency and creative solutions. Parvesh holds an MSc in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology and a B.Eng in Engineering Physics from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
