Jessica Ruthizer Goldin is an accomplished investor and advisor with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer products sectors. As the Founder of SetPoint Ventures, LLC since 2020, Jessica collaborates with brand founders, private equity, and venture capital firms. Jessica also co-founded Mother Science in 2022 and serves as a Board Member for Hairstory since 2023. Previously, Jessica held key leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer at Shani Darden Skin Care (2019-2020), Senior Vice President of Marketing at Beautycounter (2017-2019), and Vice President of Global Marketing at Murad (2015-2017), where oversight included Global Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Social Media, CRM, and Creative. Additional experience includes executive positions at Clinique, Victoria's Secret Beauty, and A.T. Kearney. Academically, Jessica earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University.
