Haily Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Haines, Jones & Cadbury since June 2018, Haily focuses on building lasting customer relationships and tailoring programs to meet specific account needs. Prior to this role, Haily worked as a Customer Service Representative at Haines, Jones & Cadbury LLC from May 2014 to January 2018, managing various accounts throughout the completion of new construction and remodels. Haily's career began at Walt Disney World during the College Program, where involvement in the Culture Tool Committee and training new Cast Members showcased exceptional commitment to guest service. Haily earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Arkansas in 2014.
