Kendred Cooper has extensive experience in engineering and design roles. Kendred started their career at US Pipe and Foundry in 1996, where they worked as a Process Engineer/Design Draftsman. In this role, they focused on product design, manufacturing process improvements, tooling design, and worked on Six Sigma projects. Kendred earned their Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2001 and their Black Belt certification in 2003.

In 2005, Kendred joined Hagerman & Company as a Solutions Engineer. Kendred performed demonstrations of Autodesk MCAD products, taught classes, implemented workflow solutions, and provided technical support for Autodesk software.
