Franck Houdebert is an experienced HR leader with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Human Resources Officer at Hager Group since May 2001, Franck has taken on roles such as CSR coordinator, operations supervisor for the APAC region, and corporate communications head. Prior to this, Franck held various leadership positions at Van Leer Group, overseeing HR for France, and served as Human Resources Manager at Valeo Lighting Systems. Additionally, Franck's career began at Groupe SEB as an HR Business Partner, after starting as an HR officer, and included roles at Imprimerie Cino Del Duca. Franck holds an International Executive Program degree from INSEAD and a DESCAF in Finances and Management from Audencia.
