Amandine Bour is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as HR Business Partner Support Functions at Hager Group since April 2023, Amandine previously held the position of Personalreferentin at VSE AG from January 2022 to April 2023. Amandine's career includes roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Specialist Service Center at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, as well as a scientific assistant in the HR department at Universität des Saarlandes. Early experiences include various positions in personnel development and production planning at ZF Group and Klinikum Saarbrücken. Amandine holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Universität des Saarlandes and a Bachelor of Arts in Sciences de gestion from Université de Lorraine, complemented by an Erasmus program in Business Administration at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
