Camilla D. Volnes serves as Vassdragsteknisk ansvarlig at Hafslund Eco Vannkraft since February 2022, responsible for ensuring compliance with dam safety regulations for watercourse facilities at Norway's second-largest power producer. Previously, Volnes worked as a Project Manager and Construction Manager at Ås kommune, focusing on project management, oversight of design processes, financial tracking, procurement, and construction supervision from February 2020 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Vassdragsteknisk ansvarlig for the Water and Sewage Agency in Oslo municipality, leading rehabilitation project design from September 2015 to November 2019. Volnes began a career in structural engineering at Aker Solutions and Aibel, specializing in structural and hydrodynamic analysis of offshore structures from June 2011 to August 2015.
