Livingston De La Serna is an accomplished Electrical Superintendent at Hafnia since August 2019, with a strong background in electronic engineering developed during tenure as an Electronic Engineer at BW Group from September 2007 to June 2019, focusing on electrical maintenance onboard tanker vessels. Livingston holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, completed in 2004.
