Khansa Fawwazia Yumna is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Häfele Indonesia since December 2022, responsible for recruitment, employee attendance reporting, payroll, and sales reimbursement processes. Prior to this role, Khansa worked as a recruiter in the People Search department at Shopee, a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, from May 2022 to November 2022. Khansa's career also includes a tenure in Talent Acquisition at IKEA Indonesia from July 2019 to May 2022. Khansa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitas Padjadjaran, completed in 2019, and attended Nurul Fikri Boarding School Anyer from 2011 to 2014.
