Mike Gebauer has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles in the medical technology industry. Mike has worked with various companies, including Haemonetics, Cardiva Medical, Boston Scientific, Blue Sky Endeavors LLC, St. Jude Medical, BioTel Heart, CHF Solutions, Inc., Physio-Control (now part of Stryker), Sandoz, and the US Air Force.
In their most recent position as Sr. Director of Global Marketing at Haemonetics, Mike is responsible for new product planning, sales enablement, medical education, and fellows. Mike leads a team of professionals and is a member of the Quality Council for Vascular Closure.
Prior to joining Haemonetics, Mike served as the Director of Global Marketing at Cardiva Medical, where they built a Sales Enablement program and launched a Fellows program. Mike also held roles in field training, medical education, market development, and branding.
Before their time at Cardiva Medical, Mike worked at Boston Scientific, where they led the global marketing team for the Prostate Health franchise and provided commercial strategy and support for regional execution.
Additionally, Mike has experience as the President of Blue Sky Endeavors LLC, providing consulting and interim executive management services to medical technology companies. Mike has held leadership positions in sales and marketing at St. Jude Medical, overseeing new product planning, brand initiatives, and global product launches.
Mike began their career in the US Air Force, where they served as an Operations Manager and Instructor Pilot.

Mike holds an MBA degree in International from Webster University, which they completed between 1993 and 1997. Earlier, they attained executive education in Finance & Accounting for Non-Financial Executives from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 1996. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research & General Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, which they earned from 1983 to 1987.
