Nina Jakobsen is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Sjef and HR Leder at Hæhre Entreprenør since October 2019, Nina previously held positions as HR Business Partner at Leica Geosystems and MHWirth, where significant contributions were made to human resources strategies in leading global companies. Earlier career stages included roles as Senior HR Advisor at Aker Solutions and several HR positions at Aker Drilling Risers and Aker Subsea. Nina is furthering education in Human Resource Management at the University of South-Eastern Norway, building on prior studies at HR Akademiet.
