Marc Celentana, Ph.D., PCC, is the founder and principal of Propel + Excel, LLC, where expertise as a thought partner for high-performing individuals, teams, and organizations is demonstrated through performance coaching, organizational development, and educational training informed by behavioral science and management theory. With a diverse background that includes roles as a management psychologist at Cornerstone Search Group and alliance partner at Haefele Flanagan, Marc also served as immediate past president and president of the ICF New Jersey Charter Chapter. Previous positions include head of behavioral science and strategic advisor at KeeperAI, owner of Celentana Counseling and Consulting, and an assistant vice president for student affairs at The College of New Jersey. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Emory University School of Medicine and a BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College, complemented by executive coach certification from the College of Executive Coaching.
