Kemar Walford is a seasoned professional in organisational development and fundraising, currently serving as the Neighbourhood Organisational Development Manager at Hackney CVS since August 2023, where Kemar supports community groups and nonprofits across Hackney. Since September 2018, Kemar has been an Avocado+ Consultant at Money4YOU, focusing on capacity building for BAME-led charities and community groups. Kemar is also the founder of KN Walford Consultancy, providing essential support for organisations navigating the competitive landscape of grant funding since May 2013. Previously, from December 2017 to March 2023, Kemar led the Community Finance Project at Aston-Mansfield, enhancing financial literacy within Newham's voluntary sector.
