Amy S. Tawney, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CDE®, CPC, ACC, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at UT Health San Antonio, where the focus is on developing talent strategies that support the institution's missions. With a rich background in human resources, Amy has held various leadership positions including Vice President of Human Resources at Ascension and Corporate Director of Human Resources at Baylor Scott & White Health. Additionally, Amy is the founder of Abundant Pathway Coaching, LLC, a founding member of the Experts Council at Hacking HR, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Women Former Students' Network of Texas A&M in several leadership roles. Academic credentials include an MBA in Organization Development from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
