Idan Aliman has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Idan is currently working as the VP of Sales at HackerU. Prior to this, they served as a Strategic Consultant to Sales Divisions, providing executive guidance on sales, customer service, and employee development to organizations in diverse sectors.

From 2020 to 2022, Idan worked at Strauss Group as the Head of Sales, where they led a team of 60 employees and tailored sales strategies to meet the needs of private, business, and institutional markets. Idan was responsible for motivating the division to significantly boost revenue from new and existing customers in a competitive market.

Before that, Idan worked at Strauss Water Ltd. from 2009 to 2020. Idan held various managerial positions, including Sales Department Manager for the New Customer Department, Sales Department Manager for the Existing Customers Department, Sales Team Manager, and Field Sales Manager. In these roles, they led teams of employees, developed and executed growth strategies, and achieved ambitious targets for sales and market penetration. Idan was recognized for their outstanding performance and received the CEO's Excellence Award in 2017 and the Outstanding Employee of the Year award in 2009.

From 2010 to 2013, Idan Aliman attended MLA - The center of Academic Studies, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a major in Marketing.
