Patrick Young is currently the Chairman of the Board at Braven Health and the President Population Health at Hackensack Meridian Health. Patrick has extensive experience in population health management, managed care contracting, community outreach, and care coordination. Patrick Young previously served as the Executive Vice President at Meridian Health, Chairman and CEO at Noble Health Alliance, and President of PA, DE, and WV at Aetna. Patrick holds a BA in Public Management from the University of Maine.
