Kathryn Gibbons, MBA, MHA, FHFMA, is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in healthcare reimbursement and revenue analytics. Since September 2013, Kathryn has held key leadership roles at Hackensack Meridian Health, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance, overseeing reimbursement, revenue analytics, budgeting, and decision support. Prior to this, Kathryn directed reimbursement services for St. Luke's University Health Network, managed revenue policy at UMDNJ-The University Hospital, and led operations for Liberty Healthcare System's reimbursement and managed care departments. Education includes an MBA from Monmouth University and an MHA from Seton Hall University, complemented by a BS in Accounting and Finance from La Salle University.
