Dimosthenis Schizas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dimosthenis started their career as a Telephone Operator at Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation in 2008, where they provided assistance to callers and trained new employees. Dimosthenis then joined ESL - Turtle Entertainment in 2011 as a National Head Administrator Assistant, where they planned and executed events and mentored a team of volunteers.

In 2015, Dimosthenis worked at Transifex as a Customer Success Engineer/Manager, managing a portfolio of clients and implementing a customer monitoring system. Dimosthenis then joined Nimaworks in 2016 as an Atlassian Specialist/JIRA Add-ons Developer, where they administered JIRA systems and provided technical support to stakeholders.

Dimosthenis also worked at ENSCO Energy Services Company AG from 2017 to 2020, first as an Energy Market Analyst and later as a Lead Data Scientist. Dimosthenis then joined Φυσικό Αέριο Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Ενέργειας as an Energy Market Analyst in 2020. Currently, they are working at Hack The Box as a Data Engineer and has recently been promoted to the role of Senior Data Engineer.
