Roi Kadosh serves as the Chief Investment Manager at Hachshara Insurance Company LTD. since December 2016, overseeing 12 billion NIS in assets under management (AUM) and leading a team of seven investment managers. Responsibilities include managing the "back office" department that supports external portfolio managers with 20 billion NIS AUM, chairing the credit committee, and overseeing investments in private companies that have successfully completed uprounds or IPOs. Prior to this role, Roi Kadosh worked as an investment manager at Excellence Nessuah Investment House Ltd. (June 2009 - December 2016), specializing in private loans and managing debt arrangements, and at Prisma Investments (December 2005 - March 2009), focusing on equity market analysis and client investment portfolios.
