Cathy Wells is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of Reward and HR Director for multiple divisions at Hachette UK, including Headline, Hodder & Stoughton, John Murray, and Hachette Children's, a role held since March 2007. Prior to this, Cathy held the position of HR Manager at Hodder Headline for one year and at Penguin Books from 1997 to 2005. Cathy Wells earned a degree from the University of Dundee between 1987 and 1991.
