Sophie Janssens is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager ANZ at Hachette Australia Books since December 2021, providing frontline HR support and advice across the organization. Previously, Sophie worked as a Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor at Polyglot Group, where responsibilities included strategic HR coaching, performance management, and employee relations. In addition to HR roles, Sophie has a background as a motivational speaker and human rights advocate, aiming to empower individuals in their personal and professional lives. Additional experience includes HR coordination at The Freedom Hub, consultancy at Footprint Consulting, marketing roles at Gazal and Tennis Auckland, and a Master's degree in Business Management from iaelyon School of Management.
